Again, not a huge deal but it’s how the employees addressed issues that was the problem. Once we made it to the room, it wasn’t the room we reserved. After looking at many reviews, we weren’t the only ones who made this mistake, and ended up walking several miles with all of our luggage to the correct tower. Don’t make the same mistake we did make sure that before you valet your car that you are at the same tower where your room is. We thought this would be a great place to celebrate a birthday.
